Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection

  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and navigating the web
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Some college coursework or a degree (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience (desired)
