Job Summary
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat support. You'll also be responsible for resolving issues and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services and promotions, and documenting customer interactions in our database for tracking and analysis.
Responsibilities
* Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes

Requirements
