- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes.
- Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences.
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of in the field.
- Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- An impeccable sense of aesthetics is required, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams is essential.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies is necessary.
