Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

Generating Retail Sales:

Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to generate retail sales and expand the arenaflex network.

Customer Needs Identification:

Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.

Product Insights and Recommendations:

Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

Closing Sales:

Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Ongoing Development:

Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

Sales Skill Refining:

Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

Availability:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule known four weeks in advance.

Additional Shifts:

Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Commission-Based Environment:

Experience working in a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of sales success.

Sales Experience:

Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions and drive sales growth.

Customer Service Experience:

Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
