Full-Stack Node.js Developer (Backend-focused, AI-first)
We’re looking for a Full-stack developer with a strong backend focus who’s comfortable jumping into the frontend when needed and cares more about shipping than over-engineering. What you’ll do: Build and maintain backend services using Node.js Work with React on the frontend Design and evolve infrastructure (deployment, scaling, reliability) Actively use and integrate AI tools (Claude, LLM APIs, etc.) into development workflows Move fast: prototype, iterate, and ship features (yes, “vibe coding” is a thing here) Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Requirements: 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js Solid working knowledge of React Proven experience designing and building systems independently (from idea to production) Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments Hands-on experience with AWS, Oracle or Vercel Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development (Claude, Copilot, etc.) Able to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Nice to have: Experience with serverless architectures Hands-on work with LLMs / AI agents Strong ownership mindset and product thinking Understanding of DevOps practices What matters: We’re not looking for someone who just writes code.
