Professional Services Manager
About the role: We are seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment while remaining hands-on in customer delivery. This is a player-coach role, combining deep technical execution across Swimlane Platforms and automation use cases with active coaching, mentorship, and team leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrations Act as a technical escalation point for team members Coach and mentor engineers across technical and client-facing skills Drive delivery quality and consistency Conduct performance reviews and development planning Partner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teams Support customer escalations and key conversations Requirements: 2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience or a combination of the three 1+ years mentoring or leading engineers Proven experience delivering complex customer solutions Strong client-facing communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field. Year for year of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree.
