American Screening Corp is a global leader in drug testing, diagnostics, and occupational health solutions. Through RevealBackground.com, we provide FCRA-compliant background screening and API-driven compliance tools trusted by HR teams, staffing firms, and government organizations. We are scaling rapidly and looking for experienced sales closers who can convert qualified opportunities into revenue. Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Closer responsible for handling qualified leads (no cold calling) and closing deals across our medical supply and SaaS compliance solutions. You will work directly with pre-qualified prospects from our SDR/appointment setting team and take them through demos, objections, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls and product demos with qualified prospects Close deals via Zoom, phone, and email communication Handle objections and negotiate pricing/contracts Manage pipeline and deal stages in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate with SDRs/appointment setters for smooth handoffs Consistently hit revenue and closing targets Follow up with warm leads and nurture decision-makers KPIs (What Success Looks Like) Close rate % on qualified leads Monthly revenue generated Deal cycle time Pipeline conversion efficiency ✅ Required Skills & Experience 2–5+ years of B2B sales closing experience (MUST) Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals Strong objection handling & negotiation skills Experience with Zoom demos and consultative selling CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Excellent English communication (verbal + written) Bonus Points Experience in SaaS, healthcare, HR tech, or compliance solutions Background in API-based or technical product sales Familiarity with US market & B2B sales cycles

Compensation
