Job Description

ExeQut is seeking a Technical Product Manager. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development processes and excels at translating complex technical concepts into actionable product plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide products through the full development lifecycle from concept to launch. Primary Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical products, from discovery and planning to launch and iteration Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery Facilitate communication across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams Prioritize product backlogs and make data-driven decisions using product metrics Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development Write clear documentation, including product requirements, decision logs, and release notes Qualifications and Requirements Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years specifically in a technical product management role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products or features through the entire product lifecycle. Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum) and technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to define and analyze product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Experience working directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery. Ability to break down complex technical problems into steps that drive product development. Nice-to-Have: Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administration). Experience with software development as an engineer or an solutions architect. Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS/Azure, AI/ML and with advanced programming languages Experience in SaaS, Insurance Tech, Payments/FinTech. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices. Experience with user research methodologies. Certifications related to product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM)). Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
