- Share matchmaking techniques to enhance team performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve sales conversions.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a professional matchmaker.
- 1 years of warm calling or tele-sales experience.
- Strong background in training, mentoring, and coaching sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of matchmaking strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
