Social Community Growth Manager GCC
## Key Responsibilities Regional Growth Planning & Execution Develop and own the GCC social and community growth plan, aligning monthly goals and activities with global Product Marketing and Growth Marketing priorities. Deliver regional KPIs covering community growth, engagement, and social channel performance. Support the Business Development team on co-marketing activations, offline meet-ups and ecosystem partnerships that drive adoption and brand visibility. ## Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media and/or community management, ideally in fintech, crypto, or Web3. Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. Deep understanding of GCC social trends, crypto culture, and content formats (Reels, AMAs, UGC). Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics, social growth KPIs, and campaign ROI. Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams. Hands-on familiarity with Telegram, X, Instagram and social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinkl).
