Senior Solutions Engineer, Work Management

As a key member of our growing organization, you will use your expertise to help our customers maximize the use of our Work Management products, ultimately driving their success. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, leveraging a deep understanding of Atlassian's Work Management products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to identify and address customer needs and challenges. Develop and deliver customized, high-quality solutions that meet the unique requirements of each customer. Utilize strong project management skills to lead and coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Work Management technology, incorporating them into customer solutions when applicable. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and recommendations on how to best leverage Atlassian's products to achieve their business goals. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams, highlighting the capabilities and benefits of our Work Management products. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from customers, influencing future product development and enhancements.
