Psychotherapist (LCSW or PLPC)
Job Title: Remote Psychotherapist (LPC or LCSW) Location: Remote (Mid-City Based Mental Health Resource) Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours Compensation: Commensurate with Experience Job Description: A Mid-City based Mental Health Resource (MHR) is seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote psychotherapy services to both children and adult clients. This role involves conducting scheduled teletherapy sessions and completing clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions via phone or secure video conferencing platforms to clients of various ages.
- Engage clients in therapeutic interventions that support emotional, behavioral, and mental wellness.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, including service notes following each session, reflecting the content, progress, and plan.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in clinical practices.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LCSW in the state of practice.
- Experience working with both children and adults in a therapeutic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
