We are a growing, independent group of over 35 radiologists currently hiring for on-site/hybrid partnership positions in any diagnostic fellowship and remote daytime openings for those with general skills. Bend, Oregon is a popular and growing mountain community in beautiful Central Oregon based on the Deschutes River, just east of the Cascade Range. Central Oregon is a high desert climate with lots of sunshine (unlike the coastal Pacific Northwest), relatively mild winters, and warm summers. With immediate access to unlimited outdoor recreation such as downhill and Nordic Skiing, mountain biking, golf, hiking, fly fishing, river sports, and much more, Bend is an excellent place for active outdoor enthusiasts! Our community boasts a growing number of award-winning breweries, restaurants, recreational facilities, and outstanding public and private education. // On-site Any Diagnostic Fellowship Partnership Track Position Details:

• 2-year partnership track for those out of training or with less than 5 years of experience. 1-year partnership track considered for those with >5 years of experience.
• Associate Base Salary: $500,000. Any extra shifts worked are paid at the partner day rate, creating the potential to earn considerably more income.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
• 12 weeks of vacation year 1 (with partner parity in year 2; partner radiologists currently average 13-14 weeks).
• Full benefits package including health insurance and 401k.
• All weekday, weekend, and holiday emergency shifts and call responsibilities are shared equally. We employ our own team of emergency radiologists for overnight coverage.

100% Remote Daytime Radiologist, Any Fellowship- Full-time- $550,000 + Productivity Bonus Position Details:

• 9-hour Daytime shifts: Preferred 7a-4p PST, though we will consider different shift time based on candidate location and preference.
• W2 salary of $550,000, not including benefits.
• Signing bonus up to $30k.
• Productivity bonus of $40 per RVU beyond 70 RVUs (shift average) to be paid quarterly.
• Stated salary includes 10 weeks of vacation and major holidays off. We will happily accommodate more or less vacation based on candidate preference.
• Generous benefits package including health insurance and 401K.
• Radiologists will primarily read a mix of ER and general radiology studies, though those with certain fellowship training (i.e. neuroradiology and MSK) will have the opportunity to read subspecialty shifts as well.
• CORA to provide home workstation.
• Full administrative and IT support staff are available throughout your shift.

Candidate Requirements:

• BC/BE radiologist.
• Candidates with previous experience in high-volume private practice are given preference for remote positions.
• Must be proficient with general and emergency radiology (X-ray, US, CT, MR, Nuc Med) including stroke radiology.
• Will consider any fellowship training.
• Candidate must receive board certification within one year of hire if board eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited U.S. residency program.

• Operations assistants are available throughout the day to assist with workflow and communications.
• We employ several physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and radiology practitioner assistants for improved practice efficiency.
