Part-Time Licensed Therapist (Remote – Illinois) | Flexible Schedule
Job Description
CC Wellness Solutions PLLC is a growing private practice rooted in the belief that therapy should feel authentic, flexible, and genuinely supportive—for both clients and clinicians. We specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, life transitions, school-related challenges, and overall well-being. Our approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to meet clients where they are. We are seeking 1–2 part-time, fully licensed therapists (LCPC or LCSW) to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want to focus on meaningful client care without the administrative burden of running their own practice.
What We Offer
- Steady client referrals and caseload support
- Insurance billing, credentialing, and administrative support handled through Headway
- Flexible scheduling, with evening and/or Saturday availability especially helpful based on client demand

Position Details
- 1099 contractor role
- Competitive split (60/40)
- Minimum of 5 client sessions per week
- Opportunities to grow caseload over time
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Illinois (LCPC or LCSW required)
- Eligible for credentialing with insurance panels via Headway
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic work
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and/or women preferred
- Ability to maintain consistent weekly availability
- Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance (proof required)

Responsibilities
Provide individual telehealth counseling sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

- Communicate effectively regarding scheduling and client needs
