Adjunct Faculty - Psychology

Position Information Job Title Adjunct Faculty - Psychology Position Purpose New England College seeks a part-time faculty member to teach a variety of psychology courses face-to-face in the undergraduate residential program located in Henniker, NH, as needed. These courses include, but are not limited to, Introduction to Psychology and Lifespan & Development. Essential Duties Summary

• Engage all students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes;
• Review and grade all work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback;
• Coach struggling students toward success;
• Provide "experiential learning" opportunities whenever possible.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree in psychology or related field
• Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or related field
