[Remote] Part-time Accountant/Accounts Payable
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is a Bay Area biotech company seeking a part-time Accountant/Accounts Payable professional. The role involves managing accounts payable processes, including journal entries and bank reconciliations, while supporting purchasing workflows within the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- NetSuite experience, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and running standard reports
- Experience with Bill.com and Point Purchasing strongly preferred
- Prior exposure to purchasing processes within the life sciences is required, as this role will support PO entry, departmental approvals, and related workflows
- Experience with Brex is a plus, including following up on required documentation for credit card transactions
- Concur experience is a strong plus
- Must be comfortable using basic Excel formulas
Skills
- Candidates must be local to Bay Area
