Clean Beauty Artist Iredale Cosmetics is a skincare and mineral makeup company that embraces the holistic approach to beauty developed by our founder, Jane Iredale. The innovative, cutting-edge mineral powder foundation that launched her eponymous cosmetics line, Jane Iredale, more than 30 years ago was the first to offer healthy skincare benefits in addition to beautiful coverage. Jane Iredale makeup and skincare is offered through medical offices, fine spas and salons, destination resorts, and professionals in more than 50 countries globally. We are looking to fill openings for Clean Beauty Artists in Darien and Greenwich, CT. Clean Beauty Artist is responsible for working closely with the Clean Beauty Artist Manager in assisting with make-up artistry, inventory review, merchandising, floor support, events, and retail training for our partners. Makeup Artistry: Must possess a minimum of intermediate makeup artistry skills and be comfortable applying makeup to consumers and partners. Support: The CBA will support scheduled events, floor support and training when needed by a National Account or a partner location. Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required, AA or BA preferred.
• 2 years of Makeup Artistry experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell through of retail inventory, promotional items, and skincare supplements via floor support, events and consumer interaction and education when needed.
• Merchandising assistance and display maintenance.

Other Skills and Competencies:

• Strong oral presentation skills; must be able to engage staff and consumers.
• Ability to interact professionally with retail staff, spa owners, managers, and spa/salon staff, as well as doctors, nurses and medical office staff.
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong suggestive selling skills
• Ability to improvise and be creative
• Self-motivated to work independently; enthusiastic.

Computer Proficiency:

• Applicants must be proficient in the following applications: Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Must be able to navigate and work with company CRM database, Concur Database and ADP Management
