.NET Developer With GIS
Build and maintain backend services and applications using modern .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Build web applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Core.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations, focusing on RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Develop and execute tests using XUnit or NUnit.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in .NET Core and C# for backend development.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, specifically utilizing Postgres GIS capabilities.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks like XUnit or NUnit.
- Familiarity with ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper GIS.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Queue, Storage, and Key Vault.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end tasks.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio (VS2022) or VS Code and Azure DevOps/Git.
