About the position The Interoperability Vendor Partner Manager (VAM) owns partner relationships between Quest and our external interoperability vendors such as (EHR/EMR) vendors, LIS vendors, and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). Our VAMs work with our partners to influence, define, and execute strategies enabling better integrations and client experiences that accelerate adoption, increase quality, enhance value, manage cost, creating opportunity for client, partner, and Quest growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner relationships between Quest and external interoperability vendors (EHR/EMR, LIS, HIEs).
  • Work with partners to influence, define, and execute strategies for better integrations and client experiences.
  • Accelerate adoption, increase quality, enhance value, and manage cost through strategic partnerships.
  • Create opportunities for client, partner, and Quest growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in vendor relationship management.
  • Understanding of interoperability concepts in healthcare (EHR/EMR, LIS, HIEs).
  • Ability to influence, define, and execute strategies.
  • Skills in accelerating adoption, increasing quality, enhancing value, and managing cost.
  • Focus on client and partner growth.
