You will have approximately 7 weeks of paid remote training to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members! reputed company equipment will be provided to you prior to training. ;u Qualifications ;/u Successful candidates in the role possess resiliency in diffusing high stress situations. Ability to provide excellent customer service to 100 member calls a day. You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite or Hot Spots etc.) Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload. Youll need a passion for helping people, and the desire to exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented environment. Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills provide reputed company. Requires 1 year of previous customer service experience. Call Center experience is preferred, but not mandatory. High School diploma, GED or equivalent along with the successful completion of background and drug screening mandatory.
