General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote

The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse.
• Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
• Faxing documents to designated recipients.
• Scanning documents into the patients profiles/drive.
• Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Ability to work in collaboration with a team
• Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred
• Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
