Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative functions of our remote business. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things in order and supporting a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general office administration including emails, filing, and correspondence Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team Maintain organised digital filing systems and document management Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on administrative matters Prepare basic reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-disciplined and proactive in a remote work environment Experience with Google Workspace is advantageous Matric certificate required; relevant diploma is preferred Salary: R18,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
