Key Objectives Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout all processes. Support team members by providing timely and precise data entry assistance. Identify and report discrepancies or errors to maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

Enter large volumes of data from various sources into internal databases with high accuracy. Verify and cross-check information to ensure data consistency and completeness. Maintain organized records of data entry activities and update files as needed. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processes. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy. Assist with generating reports and summaries as requested by management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
