Licensed Insurance Agent (Entry-Level | Remote)

As a Licensed Insurance PRO, you will support U.S. independent agencies with licensed service work under a defined workflow and quality framework. You will be trained to execute common insurance operations tasks accurately and compliantly, document work cleanly, and communicate professionally with clients and carrier partners. No prior insurance experience is required. Remote Position Monthly Salary: $3500

What You'll Do

Policy Service & Account Support (Licensed Work) ● Process policy changes and service requests (endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites) using established procedures ● Support renewals by preparing accounts, requesting information, and coordinating next steps ● Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and evidences where applicable ● Assist with billing workflows: payment coordination, financing requests, non-pay cancellation prevention ● Support FNOL intake and coordinate handoffs (non-adjusting) Quoting & Market Support (Role-Dependent) ● Help prepare submission packages and required forms (e.g., ACORDs and supplements) ● Coordinate underwriting questions, follow-ups, and carrier communications Required Qualifications ● Active U.S. insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life/Health a plus) ● No prior insurance experience required — we will train the right candidate ● Strong English (written and verbal) with professional phone presence ● High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort with structured processes ● Tech comfort: ability to learn new systems quickly and work across multiple tools ● Reliable home workstation, stable internet, and a quiet workspace Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) ● Any customer service experience (insurance or non-insurance) ● Comfort making outbound calls and handling inbound requests ● Familiarity with CRMs, ticketing systems, or operational tools ● Interest in personal lines, commercial lines, or both Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
