Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations, and adhere to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
