* Ensure PH&S patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely
- Be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards
- Treat customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy

Required Qualifications:
* H.S. Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service required
- Note: Staff coming on board as non-call (non-benefited) may have the education and experience requirements waived
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree
