Cash Applications Specialist (Long Term Contract)

Must be local to Nashville to be considered These individuals will be responsible for:
- Researching and resolving unapplied cash across multiple studies and accounts by interpreting remittances and identifying proper fund allocation
- Reconciling payments against remittance details, bank activity, and system balances while investigating discrepancies and incomplete data
- Accurately posting and applying payments at a transactional level, ensuring correct application of receipts and line-item detail management
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 1+ years of cash applications experience from a healthcare/clinical trial background
- Experience working with multiple payers/sponsors
- Excel skills to include: basic formulas and reconciling large data sets
