AES - DE - FS - DOTNET Full-Stack Microservices
Technical LeadershipLead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8. Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team. Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews. Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breakerDesign and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor. Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions. Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs. Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies. Architecture & IntegrationWork closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability. Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred). Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker). Collaboration & DeliveryPartner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
