Job Description: Happy Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting — from developing talent strategies to securing top candidates. In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to identify hiring needs, proactively build diverse pipelines, and create scalable recruiting processes that grow with our business. \n

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across departments, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through offer negotiations and candidate closing. Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent strategies that support business objectives. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach efforts, building strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stage of the hiring process. Streamline recruiting operations, track key metrics, and drive ongoing process improvements. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and provide guidance on hiring decisions. Experience sourcing and managing candidates through multiple systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
