Business Analyst
We’re looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive data-informed decision-making across technology-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights and clear requirements — and who wants to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. This position is open to candidates based in LATAM. What You’ll Do Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs. What You Bring Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments. Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments. A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
Nice to Have
Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or workflow documentation. Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
