Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers on Instagram, responding to their inquiries, and providing them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. You'll be working with a variety of clients, each with their own unique products and services, so you'll need to be adaptable and able to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services
- Use a provided document containing answers to frequently asked questions to respond to customer inquiries
- Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Aptitude for closely following provided instructions
- Availability for 10+ hours per week
