Responsibilities
- You'll be the mastermind behind dream itineraries: private islands, Michelin‑star dining, hidden gems only locals whisper about.
- Chat with clients about their travel dreams and craft bespoke itineraries
- Handle concerns with professionalism and deliver timely resolutions
- Sprinkle in insider hacks, upgrades, and wow moments.
- Support clients throughout their journey, from planning to post‑trip feedback
Requirements
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
- Quick to learn new online systems and booking tools
- Experienced in customer service (hospitality or travel background is a plus)
- Passionate about travel and helping others explore the world
