You'll design emails, web experiences, and work with squirrels (a lot). You’ll need to be just as comfortable zooming out to understand the “why” as you are zooming in to finesse the details. One day might be a sprint on a new landing page. The next, a round of CRM designs in Figma. If you can bounce between projects, self-manage with confidence, and bring ideas to the table, you’ll fit right in. This role is being offered on a contract basis with an expected duration of 3 months and requiring 40 hours of work per week. Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA. What you will do at Acorns: Design email campaigns in Figma that reflect our brand and drive impact Partner on website updates, new pages, and design explorations Interpret briefs, connect the dots, and carry work from concept to handoff Design with clarity, always putting the customer first Bonus if you can bring some illustration magic to the table What you will bring to Acorns: 5+ years of design experience Pro-level Figma skills and organization and strong visual instincts Strategic thinker with a hands-on maker mindset Clear communicator and collaborative partner Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment Hunger to deliver game-changing products Exceptional drive and precision in delivery A belief that your work is tied to your life's mission Optimistic about the potential of societal change You are not expected to have experience with all listed requirements. Compensation

Information: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $65/hour and $70/hour; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
