Remote Call Center Representative

Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate and timely assistance. • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and reputed company. • Obtain and evaluate relevant information from customers to determine the best course of action. • Provide product and service information to customers and promote upselling opportunities. • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve reputed company cases. • Update customer records in the CRM system and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
