This role is ideal for engineers who prioritize product understanding, customer workflows, and AI-assisted development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SaaS applications using Node.js and JavaScript
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude to accelerate development
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams on feature delivery
- Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions
- Support debugging, testing, and platform optimization
- Collaborate effectively within a remote team environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong full-stack development experience with Node.js and JavaScript
- Mandatory experience in logistics or trucking software
- SaaS product development experience required
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding workflows
- Strong product and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to overlap 4–5 hours daily with US PST
- Previous remote work experience required

- Experience with APIs and scalable systems
- Strong communication skills
