Backed in partnership with a global investment house, Unison is growing rapidly in existing verticals and expanding into new markets. \n The Role: English General support of Unison’s Regional General Counsel - Europe Managing the closing process from start to finish, proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency Liaising with brokers and Site Owners where required Coordinating closing with external advisors – attorneys, notaries, banks, Fund Managers and other third parties Performing legal due diligence, Property due diligence (leases; title) Management and organization of all documentation on internal SharePoint Management, tracking and recording of deals using internal SMS system Assisting with work in other jurisdictions during expansion Advising on property taxes at a basic level Reporting on Pre-Close diligence, Closing Statements, Finance Review Training of Origination team regarding real estate matters Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets / LOIs Drafting contracts and notarial deeds, overseeing the entire closing process from start to finish Managing and overseeing the payment process at all closings Communicating with Unison’s US Legal Department, weekly coordination meetings, update trackers Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work product within stated deadlines. Die Rolle: Deutsch Allgemeine Unterstützung des Regionalen General Counsel von Unison – Europa Abwicklung des gesamten Abschlussprozesses, Korrekturlesen von Rechtsdokumenten zur Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Konsistenz Kommunikation mit Maklern und Grundstückseigentümern bei Bedarf Koordination des Abschlusses mit externen Beratern – Anwälten, Notaren, Banken, Fondsmanagern und anderen Dritten Durchführung der rechtlichen Due-Diligence-Prüfung und der Due-Diligence-Prüfung von Immobilien (Mietverträge, Eigentumsverhältnisse) Verwaltung und Organisation aller Dokumente auf dem internen SharePoint-System Verwaltung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Transaktionen mithilfe des internen SMS-Systems Unterstützung bei der Arbeit in anderen Jurisdiktionen im Rahmen der Expansion Beratung zu Grundsteuerfragen Berichterstattung über die Due-Diligence-Prüfung vor dem Abschluss, Abschlussabrechnungen und Finanzprüfung Schulung des Origination-Teams in Immobilienangelegenheiten Erstellung und Verhandlung von Term Sheets/LOIs Erstellung von Verträgen und notariellen Urkunden, Überwachung des gesamten Abschlussprozesses Verwaltung und Überwachung des Zahlungsprozesses bei allen Abschlüssen Kommunikation mit Unison in den USA Rechtsabteilung, wöchentliche Koordinierungstreffen, Aktualisierung von Statusberichten Multitasking und Priorisierung von Arbeitsaufgaben, um stets qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsergebnisse innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen zu liefern. \n Apply To This Job
