Technical Writer Intern

The Technical Writer Intern is responsible for writing, reviewing, and editing content for the Source Intelligence Integrated Knowledge Center (SI IKC) to support Source Intelligence employees and customers with the use of our technology. You will work closely with the Learning and Development department, Source Academy, the Product team, and internal subject matter experts. You will be expected to regularly use LLM toolsets, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to implement and facilitate the tasks identified below. College or graduate student in a related major such as Engineering, Computer Science, English, or Communications interested in pursuing a career in technical writing / help authoring A self-starter, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote work environment Strong writing and proofreading abilities Familiarity and experience working with common LLMs including ChatGPT and Claude and the ability to build tools and repeatable processes within these LLMs is preferred Familiarity with Knowledge Base software, Zendesk preferred Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work full time during the 2026 summer period.
