As the Growth Media Senior Strategist you will: Strategic Leadership and Planning: Lead the development and execution of innovative and high-impact performance marketing strategies aligned with overarching business goals and objectives. Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret intricate campaign data. Derive strategic insights to optimize campaigns, enhance ROI, and drive significant performance improvements. Advanced Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Drive sophisticated audience research and segmentation initiatives. Utilize advanced targeting methodologies to refine audience strategies for personalized messaging and optimized campaign performance. Creative Direction and Testing: Spearhead collaboration with creative teams to ideate and implement high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. Oversee A/B testing strategies to drive continuous enhancement. Budget Oversight and Reporting: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency. Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Thought Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Lead the implementation of innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Account Lead Oversight: Lead and oversee a team of account managers on client engagements, ensuring effective project management and task delegation to optimize team efficiency, meet client goals, and achieve target outcomes. Sales Support: Support the sales process for new accounts by conducting audits of prospective clients and participating in sales pitches to drive new business opportunities. Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are advantageous. 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, specializing in crafting and executing performance-driven campaigns and leading strategic initiatives. Expert proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and generate strategic insights. Strong leadership & project management abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Products (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) Client management and client-facing experience required Ecommerce and agency experience desirable FLSA Classification: Exempt We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
