Ideal Profile Network Engineering Expertise 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or network support roles, ideally within an MSP, systems integrator, or technology partner environment Strong networking knowledge across routing and switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and security technologies Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, particularly Cisco Meraki and Catalyst solutions Equivalent technical knowledge to CCNP or JNCIP certification standards Automation & Emerging Technologies Exposure to network automation technologies such as Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Terraform, or Git Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and automation-first operational models Experience using AI-assisted tools and workflows is advantageous Exposure to voice networking technologies is beneficial Certifications (Advantageous) Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, DevNet Associate, or equivalent Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage priorities in a remote environment Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities Collaborative approach with proactive communication and knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
