Legal Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors
Eagle Rock is a nonprofit organization committed to serving veterans and their families. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced attorney or legal professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact. This volunteer, pro bono board position will play an important role in helping guide the organization with legal insight, governance support, and strategic counsel. Board Member Responsibilities:
- Attend monthly virtual board meetings
- Provide legal guidance and counsel as needed
- Support nonprofit governance, compliance, and organizational integrity
- Collaborate with fellow board members to advance Eagle Rock’s mission
Qualifications:
- Strong legal background required
- Licensed attorney in NC and SC
- Experience with nonprofit law, governance, contracts, or compliance is a plus
- Passion for serving veterans and military families
