What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with hospital clients and serve as their trusted advisor.
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve revenue cycle issues.
- Lead new client onboarding and project implementation.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and overseas teams in India to deliver results.
- Provide expertise to support software development and implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hospital revenue cycle management experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPIC Systems and other practice management platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required).
- Ability to work effectively with remote and international teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
