Entry Level Architectural Technician

As an Entry Level Architectural Technician, you will support teams on critical projects by producing architectural documentation and existing conditions assessments, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to our teams on critical projects
- Production of existing conditions plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Project Lead
- Travel to 3-4 stores monthly (primarily across FL with occasional overnight travel to states in the Southeast)
- Thorough field documentation of existing conditions
- Production of building and equipment plans
Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to effectively work with internal architectural and engineering team
- Ability to work independently when given a set of instructions
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Based in Orlando, Florida area
- CAD Certification or Degree in Drafting & Design
- Degree in Architecture, Construction or Related Field
- Ability to lead a team of 1-2 support staff
