Integrity Analyst (Hiring Day June 23, 2026)
JANA Corporation is focused on improving the integrity of gas pipeline systems through advanced risk modeling technologies. The Integrity Analyst will execute engineering aspects of software implementations and perform risk analysis on specific pipeline assets while interacting with various teams within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the creation of data staging, transformation, and validation scripts using SQL
- Assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Supports data quality and governance improvement opportunities
- Works with large volumes of client and industry data (structured and unstructured)
- Writes reports and validate results
- Ensures pipeline integrity-related issues are appropriately addressed in risk modelling approaches
- Performs risk analysis on specific pipeline assets
- Reviews and analyses of asset-specific information to identify risks and threats
- Performs detailed engineering calculations
- Executes on engineering aspects of Integrity Management software implementations
- Meets directly with the client's business users in implementation workshops
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering
- 1 – 2 years' experience in SQL Server and Python
- Experience in pipeline operations or risk management knowledge is considered an asset
- Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques is highly valued
- Client-facing and/or software implementation experience preferred
- Experience in the Microsoft Suite
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- This role requires travel within Canada and the US on an as-needed basis up to 10% of time
- Must be able to attend our virtual Hiring Day event on June 23, 2026 from 9:00-12:00 pm or 1:00-4:00 pm
