Online Health and Fitness Coach

• The Responsibilities Include:
• Develop personalized nutrition and training programs tailored to the individuals goals, needs, abilities and life.
• Conduct ongoing comprehensive and exceptional guidance, coaching and motivation during the client’s time in the program
• Monitor and adjust clients programs to optimize their results and accommodate any changes or challenges
• Being available to communicate with the clients whenever they reach out and respond to them within 20 minutes (monday - friday 9am - 5p + weekend work if needed)
• Educate clients on proper nutrition, training, mindset and lifestyle choices to support their goals
• Reach out to each client at minimum 4x a week via text message
• Perform welcome zoom calls with each new client assigned
• Perform at minimum 1 zoom coaching call with each client assigned per month
• Participate and engage inside of our community (make posts, do 1 live weekly group call, comment on client posts, provide education, motivation and inspiration etc)
• Stay up to date on the latest research, trends and best practices in the health space.
• Be good with technology and is able to work remotely from their phone + computer as we are a 100% online based company

The Qualifications Required You must have all of these listed below. If you do not, do not apply.

• YOU MUST HAVE:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a fitness coach and ability to provide 10 testimonials of past clients accomplishing their goal.
• Possession of a nationally recognized training certification such as NASM, ACE, etc
• Possession of a nationally recognized nutrition certification such as Precision Nutrition level 1 or NASM Nutrition cert.
• High level understanding, knowledge around Metabolism, Hormones, Intermittent Fasting, Inflammation, Stress, Gut Health.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE TRAINERIZE COACHING PLATFORM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine love and passion for serving others
• Open-minded and coachable perspective to adopt the philosophies and beliefs that we teach our clients
• Value personal growth and development and becoming the best version of you.
• Hard working and genuinely wants to be the hardest worker in the room. No excuses mentality, get the job done and be the best at it.
• Strong values, morals and ethics.
• The desire to work for a company and not yourself. Meaning, do not apply if you have your own fitness coaching company, business, gym trainer, or strive to have that yourself. The Compensation

• We understand and appreciate the value of a hard working and educated fitness coach. As such, we take care of our team extremely well. The specific details of the compensation package will be discussed during the interview process, based on the candidates experience, qualifications and demonstrated abilities. Range will be from $48,000 - $100,000+. Yes, the opportunity to make 6 figures a year is there with us. In addition to regular pay, compensation package may include:
