Job Description

Help save lives from the comfort of home. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Tempe Arizona, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Nevada, or Denver, Colorado. Pay Range $16.40–$17.99 per hour We’re looking for motivated, positive, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as a Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you’ll connect with current and past donors, schedule lifesaving blood donation appointments, and help make a real difference in your community every single day. • Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required)
• Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls)
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes
• Ability to confidently overcome objections, think on your feet, and use persuasive communication techniques to encourage donors to commit to scheduling an appointment
• Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics
• Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
• Ability to stay resilient and professional when facing rejection
• Strong multitasking and computer skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Experience
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Appointment scheduling, sales, collections, or outreach experience Training Schedule Paid Training – 100% attendance required
• Monday–Friday
• 900 AM–530 PM Arizona Time
• Four weeks Post-Training Schedules You will be assigned one of the following schedules
• Tuesday–Saturday | 1030 AM–700 PM
• Sunday–Thursday | 1030 AM–700 PM You will earn an additional 8% on top of your base pay for hours falling on Saturday or Sunday. Why Join Us?
