- 5:00 AM Potential for occasional work-from-home flexibility Position Overview We are seeking a B2B Customer Support Representative to manage customer relationships and support daily operations.
In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring customer orders, resolving service issues, and helping ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
