As a Remote Data Entry Analyst on the HR Compliance team, you will be the guardian of critical information that supports everything from background checks to TSA clearances. Role Overview

This full‑time, remote position is based in Dallas, USA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $24. You will work within the HR Compliance group, collaborating closely with HRIS, EC, and security teams to process, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets. The role blends meticulous data entry with analytical problem‑solving, requiring both technical proficiency and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and maintain FBI fingerprint records in the Access database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TSA and U.S. Customs regulations.
  • Process daily fingerprint submissions, resolve data discrepancies, and coordinate with TSA Clearinghouse to confirm successful uploads.
  • Audit and reconcile fingerprint applications, identifying and correcting errors before they reach external agencies.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and EC teams to design, build, and maintain HR compliance dashboards and reports.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for data entry, audit trails, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, data handling best practices, and system usage.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects that require data extraction, analysis, and presentation to senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive personal information in accordance with company policies and legal mandates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, HR compliance, or a similar role that involved handling sensitive personal data.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and TSA Clearinghouse requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) and Access database management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and enterprise compliance tools.
  • Prior exposure to aviation industry regulations or background‑check processes.
