Position Overview – Director, Data Analytics (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking a visionary Director of Data Analytics to lead a high‑performing analytics team focused on data entry, virtual assistance, and enterprise‑wide reporting. This role sits within the Store Automation & Development organization and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Store Development & Automation. The successful candidate will design, implement, and govern a robust KPI framework, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver actionable dashboards that drive business outcomes across retail, technology, marketing, and finance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic KPI Development: Define, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive set of key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of arenaflex initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Data Architecture & Governance: Own the end‑to‑end data source inventory, data classification, and data lineage documentation. Establish data quality standards and oversee the implementation of data‑quality monitoring tools.
• Business Problem Solving: Partner with functional leaders to dissect complex business challenges, challenge assumptions, and uncover root causes. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Project & Portfolio Management: Evaluate business cases for new projects, convert business needs into technical specifications, and guide cross‑functional teams through agile delivery cycles.

Essential Qualifications
