Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst who will also serve as an IT Business Analyst for our IT Offices Group. This full‑time, remote role supports the planning, implementation, and maintenance of critical data center and remote communications infrastructure that powers arenaflex’s airport operations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring that data entry processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with arenaxflex data governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Project Management, and Facilities teams to document and maintain inventory of server farm and remote communications equipment.
• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure upgrades, including power, cooling, UPS, and fiber‑optic ring enhancements for the Atlanta airport and satellite sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for hardware lifecycle management, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting and break‑fix activities, ensuring rapid resolution of tickets related to data center, lab, and remote site equipment.
• Support the creation and enforcement of departmental policies, procedures, and standards that align with arenaxflex’s corporate governance framework.
