  • Problem Resolution: Identify the root cause of customer concerns, evaluate available options, and implement effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations while aligning with company policies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that records are complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible by other team members.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customer feedback, identify recurring themes or pain points, and communicate insights to management to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
